Adobe Photoshop Users

• Download template for the product you are designing the graphic for - click here
• Image Resolution: 125 dpi at full size
• Image Quality: Use high resolution, high quality stock photography or high quality scans
• Color Mode: CMYK
• Fonts: Convert all text to outlines/shapes prior to saving
• Flatten Image prior to saving. If you expect us to modify your file in any way, save file with all layers intact (Art charges will apply - see below)
• Saving: If file is ready to print, save as .Tiff or Hi-Res .PDF, if not save as .PS
• Before you upload the file(s) to us, view your graphic in actual pixel view. Review the entire graphic carefully, especially your logo and photos if any, to make sure it looks good to you. What you see in the actual pixel view is very close to what you will get on your printed product.

Adobe Illustrator Users

• Download template for the product you are designing the graphic for - click here
• Image Resolution:  Any non-vector graphics need to be at 125 dpi at full size
• Image Quality: Use high resolution, high quality stock photography or high quality scans
• Color Mode: CMYK
• Fonts: Convert all text to outlines/shapes prior to saving
• Flatten Image prior to saving
• Saving: Save file as .EPS or Hi-Res .PDF (preferred)
• If you need our graphic designers to modify your art work, send us your original Illustrator file(s).
• Before you upload the file(s) to us, open the EPS or PDF file you just saved. Review all the graphics/text and make sure the dimension is right.
• Upload your file to our FTP site - click here

Note: we can not use files generated by desktop publishing, presentation, word processing or spreadsheet software i.e. MS Publisher, MS Powerpoint, MS Word, MS Excel...etc.

Graphic Services

• Our layout and design service can turn a pencil sketch or rough draft into a finished professional design.
• Fee: $75 / hour billed in increments of 30 minutes with a minimum charge of $45.00.
• High resolution stock photography is available when needed at a cost of $40.00 per image.
• Art proofs are provided electronically at no charge and production will not proceed until we receive your approval.
